Pitiful Merch

DO NOT PURCHASE from these guys! They play at their young follower's heartstrings and in turn slap them with the crappiest merchandise to gain wealth - it disgusting! My son made a purchase late April and today is June 19th. He's been waiting for this package to finally arrive. He mows some of our friend's/neighbors' lawns to earn some spending money so we let him make this purchase. Yes, I reviewed it and even helped him select it. Seemed legit. The t-shirt's original tag was sloppily cut off and they screen printed their own logo for the tag. The hoodie he purchased came with the print being smeared and melted. They should really be ashamed for taking advantage of their followers and having the nerve to put their name on their merch!

Horrible. It's a shame- should get sued.

I am so angry I can barely even type. I don't want to think about how horribly this company's merchandise is ran. It's amazing they're still in business.

I ordered a Faze Jersey Dec. 16th of 2020. It is now January 26th a month and some change later and my order has STILL not been shipped out. I've sent multiple emails to customer service and they only repeat exactly what is found on the faze website. No help at all. Our last exchange they said they would be escalating my case and order and will get back to me with details. It's not been two weeks since they've said that. This is such a terrible company. I will never order from them again. I hope they get sued and lose all their money. This is God awful, I'm so angry. I don't even like this company, it was a CHRISTMAS GIFT to someone who loves them. I can't even get a refund either! Like what kind of dumb company policy is that?!

This coming needs to reevaluate their whole business model because one day all this $#*! service will bite them in the ass.

Pathetic customer service and poor delivery

I ordered a Jersey for my sons birthday 3 weeks ago. With in 7 days they sent an email that the order is on its way. Sent me a tracking number from Fedex, which up to today, still shows only the Label has been created and the parcel not collected. I've emailed customer service probably 4 or 5 times over the past week, and not once have they replied. Pathetic customer service! Not #Fazeup, should be #RipOff

Don't order from Faze!

Ordered a shirt on 11/25/20 and still waiting for it to be shipped. Funds came out immediately as only limited methods to submit payment. I have received a response from my inquiries blaming the pandemic and that they weren't expecting as high sales volumes. But if youndokt have the merchandise, then don't accept a customers purchase. Also they offer no acceptance for exchanges or returns.

Finally came

Communication was awful. On December 21st we received notice of tracking number which is the same day delivered. Shipped long after promised day. Never could get answers to many inquiries and. Would never order from Faze Clan again.

Unresponsive customer service! FaZe is BAD NEWS

I ordered a jersey from FaZe in early November as a Christmas present. It is now December 17th and no shirt, no tracking number, and NO RESPONSE from customer service. I have emailed 4 times, and have not received an answer. What a disappointment! Customer service is A JOKE because it doesn't exist! At this point, the jersey will not get here before Christmas coming from California to the Midwest. BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, plus seeking a charge back on my credit card. FA Ze. If you are reading this, you have a golden opportunity to be big time and you are blowing it! Step UP!

Horrible Customer Service! Be warned!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing however this is what my nephew wanted for Christmas. Ordered a custom jersey on November 7th. Shipping label finally printed on 11/22 however no additional updates until 12/4 when the USPS tracking number showed the package was finally received by the post office. This after multiple emails assuring me the jersey was already mailed and that a case was being opened by their "brand partner" to look into it. Well today is December 10th, still no jersey or status from FaZe customer service on my allegedly shipped custom order. Next step will be to dispute the charge. Like I said earlier, be warned they are a scam and their customer service is complete garbage.

They do not have one. I sent an email and they said that they typically answer emails within 5 - 7 days.
